If the address is incorrect, we cannot guarantee your order can be edited due to the fast turn around of orders in our warehouse, however, please email Promotions@BigBeertha.com as soon as possible.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipmients are not the responsibility of Big Beertha along with orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses however we will help as much as is reasonably possible to trace a missing parcel so please email promotions@BigBeertha.com if there are any issues.
In the event that a product is lost in transit, orders may end up being returned to us for various reasons including, Non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email promotions@BigBeertha.com to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.
Merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. The contact will not be refunded the costs of shipping and is responsible for shipping costs back if a return is desired.
