Shipping & Return Policiy
Your Big Beertha will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate. If the address is incorrect, we cannot guarantee your order can be edited due to the fast turn around of orders in our warehouse, however, please email email@example.com as soon as possible.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Big Beertha along with orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses..
Please also note due to COVID, there have been delays with the USPS & UPS, so shipping time can be delayed past the expected date and is never guaranteed. At this time this is unfortunately out of our control, but we will do our best to respond to emails and communicate with you these delays as we notice them.
In the event that a product is lost in transit, orders may end up being returned to us for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.
Merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. The contact will not be refunded the costs of shipping and is responsible for shipping costs back if a return is desired. Merchandise will not be returned or refunded if the product has been used or used improperly. Email email@example.com if there are any other issues. Thank you!
